Q: How can I order?
A: First, browse through our catalog in our shopping page. Click on each
item for larger photographs and product details. When you have found the
product(s) you would like to purchase, click on the gadd to carth button.
When you have everything you need in your shopping cart, click on the gcheck
outh button. Please follow the instructions and provide us with necessary
information. We accept payment by PayPal, but that does not mean that you
have to have a PayPal account. All major credit cards are accepted! When
you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail from us shortly, and we will ship out your order ASAP.
Q: Do you take orders from overseas?
A: We certainly do! Follow the procedure explained above, and we will ship out the product by airmail ASAP.
Q:Are all oktak products gone of a kindh?
A: No, not all products are gone of a kindh, but we only produce a very
small number of each design: typically, 2-3. Some products made of vintage
fabric may be gone of a kindh, and we will make sure that you are aware
of it!
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take custom orders. We are
a very small team trying to produce several new lines every season, and
we do not have enough time to take custom orders. However, if you find
a product that you like but it is already sold out, do contact us at info@oktak.com,
and we will let you know if we can produce the same product. If the materials
are available, and you do not mind waiting several weeks, we will be more
than happy to make another one for you.
Please note that two bags made of the same fabric will not necessarily
look exactly the same, as the pattern on the fabric may show differently
depending on the cut.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: It depends on where you live, and how much the item you ordered weighs.
We ship everything by USPS, unless you have other preferences. We do not
charge you more than the actual USPS shipping cost. An automatic shipping
calculator is installed in our shopping cart, and you will see the shipping
cost when you checkout.
Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during
shipping. If you would like to add insurance, let us know in the comment
section of the order form when you check out. Insurance will be added for
an extra charge.
Q: Can I return or exchange a defective product?
A: Certainly. If you find a flaw in a product, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the package. We will ask you to return the product, and we will reimburse the return shipping as well as the original purchase amount upon receipt of the damaged product. If you are exchanging the product with another product, we will calculate the price difference and either reimburse or charge you that amount, depending on which is higher. (When the prices of the two items are exactly the same, we will simply ship the new product to you upon receipt of the damaged product.)
Please note that items to be returned/exchanged must be unused and in their
original condition: used items cannot be accepted. Also, we cannot be responsible
for items damaged or lost during shipping.
Q: Can I return or exchange a product that is not defective, but I am not satisfied with?
A: We are sorry, products that are not defective in anyway may not be returned
or exchanged. We are a very small business and cannot afford the cost of
accepting returns and exchanges of non-defective items. Thank you for your
understanding.
