oktak.com generally ships USPS priority mail or first class (both
domestically and internationally), unless customers request otherwise.
Overnight and express shipping is available by request for an extra charge.
oktak.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
Insurance will be added upon request for an extra charge.
- Returns & Exchanges
Defective products may be returned and/or exchanged within 7 days of
receipt.
Return shipping will be reimbursed.
In case of returns, the original purchase amount will also be reimbursed.
In case of exchanges, the difference between the price of the returned product and the price of the newly purchased product (if any) will either be reimbursed or charged to the customer.
oktak.com does not accept returns/exchanges of items damaged during shipping, nor items which are not defective in any way.
